Blessed Sacrament

On Friday, March 22nd @ 7 pm at St. Mary’s Cathedral, Kingston, the missionaries of Christian Catholic Outreach and students of Newman House chaplaincy at Queens will host an evening of prayerful praise and worship music. This will be in the context of Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament and inspiring testimonies will be shared.

On Wednesday, February 21 @ 7:00 pm the Canadian Catholic Bioethics Institute invites you to join them for a free webinar. Many have lost any sense of the ‘meaning’ in suffering. Some want to avoid it at all costs, even choosing early death. Our Catholic faith talks about ‘redemptive’ suffering, but what does that mean? Erin Kinsella will discuss this through the lens of the experience of chronic illness and developing spirituality of suffering.
